Paper Clutter And Doubt

in Clutter
Paper clutter is part of the reason why many are dissatisfied with their lives.

Many are searching for answers for how to improve their lives.

The topic of this article is doubt. It's central to paper clutter.

Doubting yourself. Doubting whether you're gonna be good enough if you throw something away.

Am I going to have what I need when I need it?

I understand. I used to walk into meetings cluttered. I used to carry this portfolio with me absolutely cluttered. Everything I could possibly need would be in there.

I got to the point where I stopped bringing the portfolio. Why? Because I was secure in my knowledge and belief that I was enough without all that stuff. I realized I was never using that portfolio, I was never using it during meetings. It was just there as a crutch. It was to boost my self esteem and fight against the doubt I had in myself.

I realized I wasn't using it and I realized I was enough without all that stuff. I'm enough, without that stuff. There's a mantra for you baby....I'm enough without the stuff!

So. Now let's talk about paper clutter and clearing the clutter out.

You have all this stuff you want to get rid of it.

I am enough without the stuff!

That's the problem, you don't think you're enough.

You know what, you're not even using the stuff. Get rid of it.

You're enough without the stuff!

Say it with me....I am enough without the stuff!

As soon as you can believe that you can free yourself from paper clutter. I don't care about how much of a pack rat you are, you can free yourself from all of the clutter as soon as you believe that YOU are enough without the stuff! Say it outloud right now!

Now, pick out a room and go tackle that room. A small bedroom full of crap that you haven't touched in a year. It's a daunting challenge to get rid of all that clutter in that bedroom. Go in there, get a big garbage can, the biggest you can bring in the house, put it at the door, and go in that bedroom and start putting stuff in there. The whole time you can say, shout it, I am enough without the stuff!

Write it down. Write it down 20 times a day and say it outloud. And pretty soon you will believe it. Do it for 21 days and you'll establish that as a real subconscious belief in your mind. If you can do that for 90 days you'll actually create a subsconscious neuropathway that is permanent and repeating. It will be huge for you. Do that for 90 days and you'll be out of the clutter.

I hope you will take this to heart and I use this tool.
